Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

· Research and identify gaps in leadership skills and competencies which are critical for success through T&L Needs Analysis Report, which includes designing survey for programme alumni participants and develop a report based on survey findings

· Analyse multiple data sources, identify and plan the implementation of structured interventions such as workshops, publications and think pieces for milestone programmes alumni

· Assist DD and AD in administrative and logistical duties for running of milestone leadership programmes, WOG programmes and international programmes (for example bilateral international leadership programme for Vietnam)

· Assist to create a microsite on webpage that covers milestone leadership programmes, that is aligned to overall branding strategy

· Undertake any taskings or research projects.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

· Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Talent or Leadership Development.

· Only Singaporeans.
