Grants Executive (Social Service Sector, 1 Year) - Part-Time

We are looking for a meticulous Admin professional to process and monitor our grant applications and fund disbursements within the Social Service sector.

• Basic up to $3,000 + Completion bonus (1-month)
• 1-year contract
• Buona Vista MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Prepare briefs, summaries, and presentation materials for internal updates.
• Coordinate Grant Panel approval process and provide administrative support, including managing Grant Agreement Form preparation and review process.
• Organise focus groups, interviews, or surveys.
• Schedule and coordinate team meetings, including booking rooms and preparing meeting materials.
• Assist in drafting tender specifications using approved templates.
• Support ad-hoc duties as and when needed.

Who are we looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in Grants and/or Programme Management.
• Meticulous individual with strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
