Grants/Finance Admin (Urgent!/Central/Up To 4k!) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare Research and Development (R&D) company
• Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable to max 1 or 2 years)
• Salary Range: $3,500 to $4,000
• Nearest MRT Buona Vista
• Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope

• Manage day-to-day operations, including meetings, procurement, and administrative support
• Coordinate board and programme meetings, including agendas and minute-taking
• Support programme activities and events, including partner coordination and travel arrangements
• Manage the full grant lifecycle, including applications, tracking, and reporting
• Oversee budgets, financial claims, audits, and preparation of financial and progress reports
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers for finance-related duties
• Experience in grants, claims, or budgeting is an advantage!
