Hospital Business Office Executive (1-Year Contract) - HSN - Part-Time

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Orchard
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Salary: $2,600
Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days (42 hours/week)
Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 8:00pm (2 shifts within this timeframe)
Saturday: 6:30am – 3:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform patient admission and registration at the physical or mobile registration counter.
- Provide financial counselling by explaining hospital agreements, estimated charges, and payment options (Medisave, MediShield Life, Integrated Shield Plans, etc.).
- Handle billing and cashiering duties, including processing discharge bills and collecting payments.
- Request and follow up on Letters of Guarantee (LOG) with insurance companies.
- Respond to Business Office-related enquiries via phone calls and emails.
- Ensure accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements:
- Min NITEC in any field.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
