HR Admin - 1 Year Contract - Part-Time

Role Summary:

The HR Operations will oversee and enhance HR processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role is critical in supporting the growth and development of VSMC’s workforce in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Provide end-to-end administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and orientation programs.
• Administrative Operations: Support staff badge issuance, car park permit administration, and other employee access requirements. Coordinate office logistics and employee housing arrangements.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare: Support employee welfare initiatives and grievance handling.
  Organize company-wide events such as annual dinners and communication sessions.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Follow SOPs for HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain HR records and systems, and provide decision support through HR metrics, data analysis and reporting.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• No experience is required
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Meticulous, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
