Salary:

MIN Under Diploma / O Level / A Level $10/hr

MIN Diploma $11/hr

MIN Undergraduate $12/hr

MIN Degree Holder $15/hr

Job Scope

Event Coordination & Logistics

• Support the planning and execution of internal staff events, workshops and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, registration, attendance tracking and event materials.
• Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

• Liaise with vendors on quotations, deliveries and event arrangements.
• Assist with procurement processes, including raising purchase requests and tracking approvals.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Organisation Development (OD) team.
• Maintain event records, documentation, invoices and attendance data.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling and meeting minutes.

Data & Reporting

• Consolidate event attendance, feedback and survey results.
• Support reporting on engagement metrics, attendance tracking and event expenses.
