Job Description - HR & Admin Assistant - Part-Time

HIRING Admin/HR

Part-Time Positions

- Management of general inquiries & appointments via calls and email
- Supporting other ad hoc duties required
- Scheduling interviews and conducting recruitment processes
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
- Following up and guiding candidates alongside workplace adjustments

Location:
Suntec Tower 3

Eligibility:
- Singaporean or PR in Singapore
- Degree / Diploma / Minimum A Level
- 21 years old to 30 years old

Work Schedule

This job has the following work schedule:

  • 3 to 4 days / week
  • 9am - 6pm
