HR Admin- In House I US MNC I FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME - Part-Time

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable)

Venue: Bendemeer & Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibility:

1. Deliver a range of People Services and Program from various People Organization function such as (but not limited to), interview co-ordination, onboarding of new hires, contract administration related activities, manage, track and generate reporting on government claims, etc.
2. Respond to Internal Customer Requests and Inquiries
3. Manage and Maintain Personnel and Organizational Records
4. Perform, Review, and Monitor Services and Programs Across the Employee Life-cycle

Requirements:

• Obtained a Diploma/ Bachelor degree.
• Fresh Graduate with Learning mind is welcome;
• Good writing and communication skills and the ability to communicate with team members and management at all levels in the company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
