We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will support daily Human Resources operations, HR administration, filing, and documentation. HR Admin (Full Time / Part Time)

- Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative.

- Preparing, handling, and managing documents & filing

- Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation

- Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation

- Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing

- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc

- Excellent communication skills

- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Hard-working, good organization & scheduling

- Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff

- Neat & organize in filing

- Able to work under pressure

- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

- Preferable Singaporean / SPR

- Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)

- Location: Lower Delta Road (nearest MRT Tiong Bahru)
