HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE Contract Redhill - Part-Time

📅 Contract Period: 9 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding logistics and prepare new hire assets (laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, access cards, staff passes, etc.)
• Coordinate company asset procurement, inventory tracking, and distribution.
• Assist with basic laptop deployment and user account setup.
• Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and administrative trackers.
• Prepare and draft employment letters and other corporate documentation.
• Support general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.
• Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
• Coordinate office seating arrangements and workspace readiness.
• Manage office supplies, printer maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and facilities management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Operations Support.
• Experience in asset management and office administration is an advantage.
• Comfortable with basic IT setup and account creation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with a proactive and positive attitude.
