HR Assistant - Part-Time

IT & Systems Coordination

• Coordinate remote IT setup for new hires, including laptop provisioning and system access
• Serve as first point of contact for staff IT-related inquiries, escalating and following up on issues as needed

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities between IT and hiring managers to ensure timely, seamless transitions

Recruitment Support

• Manage job postings on MyCareersFuture (MCF)
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview scheduling

Payroll Support

• Verify attendance and timesheets for Assemblers and R&D team members as part of the monthly payroll process

Leave & Claims Administration

• Review and approve monthly leave applications and expense claims

General HR Operations & Ad-hoc Support

• Manage staff uniform arrangements
• Administer digital name card requests
• Support staff purchase program (SS staff purchase)
• Assist with townhall and other company event coordination
• Handle other ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as assigned
