Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with managers by providing HR guidance, coaching, and advisory support on people-related matters.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, including handling enquiries, workplace concerns, investigations, and resolution of employee issues.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement people-focused solutions that enhance business performance.
• Contribute to HR strategy, organizational planning, and continuous process improvements.
• Participate in HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
