Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and management teams to support business objectives through effective HR strategies and people solutions.
• Advise and guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fair and consistent application across the organization.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning initiatives to meet operational and business requirements.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by driving employee engagement and maintaining strong employee relations.
• Coach and support managers in performance management, employee development, and people-related matters.
• Work closely with HR teams across the organization to implement HR initiatives, improve processes, and deliver value-added HR solutions.
• Review HR practices and recommend continuous improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in HR projects, strategic planning, and other assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, coaching, and people management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
