HR Business Partner Strategic People & Employee Relations Partner #HDC - Part-Time

Are you a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive business success? We're looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in shaping people strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with organisational goals.
• Implement and administer HR policies, practices, and initiatives while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
• Build strong working relationships with managers and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
• Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard quality talent.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Coach and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to develop and implement people initiatives that enhance business performance.
• Contribute to workforce planning, HR strategy, and organisational development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a business partnering or employee relations function.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Confident in providing guidance on HR policies and handling employee relations matters.
