HR Executive (12-Month West Govt) - JC 28905 - Part-Time

Contract Duration: 12-month contract (agency contract)
Salary: $3,340 per month
Working Hours: Office hours

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Transaction Processing

• Process HR transactions accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with service standards

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases

• Support appointment, deployment, and secondment-related administrative processes

Payroll & Claims Support

• Assist in payroll billing administration

• Support post-payment audits of staff medical claims

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR-related records and documentation

Process Support & Improvements

• Support efforts to improve and streamline HR processes using available digital tools

• Assist in the implementation of operational improvements where required

• Support adoption of digital platforms to enhance HR workflows

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documents

• Assist in consolidation and filing of HR reports and records

• Provide administrative support for HR operational activities

Stakeholder Support

• Liaise with internal HR teams and relevant stakeholders to support HR operations

• Support coordination to ensure smooth HR service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines

• Comfortable working with data and administrative systems
