HR Generalist (Alexandra) (1 Year Contract) #NKC - Part-Time

We are seeking an HR Executive to support employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee relations, work pass administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role partners with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR advisory.
• Respond to HR-related enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Administer work passes, monitor work pass renewals and quotas, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and exit interviews.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
• Support performance management activities, including probation, confirmation, appraisal, salary increment, and bonus exercises.
• Maintain HR records and prepare regular manpower and HR reports.
• Process HR-related invoices and administrative documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
