HR Officer (Public Sector 11-Months Contract Salary Up To $3.3K) - Part-Time

Join a dynamic HR team to support employee lifecycle processes, staff engagement initiatives and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, internship management and process improvement initiatives.

📍 Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge (West Region)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
💰 Salary: $3,300/month
📅 Contract Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, deployments and exit processes.
• Coordinate internship programmes, including recruitment support, stakeholder coordination and administrative documentation.
• Plan and support staff engagement activities, events and internal communications.
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and filing systems, including HR system updates.
• Review HR processes and support improvements through workflow optimisation and automation initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team on various projects and ad hoc tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Degree qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in HR administration or public sector environment will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to accuracy and documentation.
