HR Operations Executive (Payroll, 1 Year Contract) - Part-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support payroll administration and employee services within a dynamic research environment.

• $2,800 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• one-north MRT

What to expect:

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including CPF, tax submissions, and payroll processing using SAP.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, headcount reports, reconciliations, and finance-related payroll documentation.
• Process employee claims, statutory leave claims, and government-paid leave schemes while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Liaise with Finance, auditors, employees, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and support audit exercises.
• Maintain payroll records and support system enhancements, issue resolution, and other HR operational initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in payroll and/or HR operations support.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
