HR Shared Services Executive #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring an HR Shared Services Executive to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, work pass administration, and employment changes.
• Manage employee screenings, offer letters, HR documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process work pass applications, representative notifications, and ex-staff reference checks.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Degree in any discipline with relevant HR operations or HR shared services experience preferred.

• Location: Raffles Place
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Salary: Up to $4000
• Contract Period: 1 year
