HR Talent Acquisition Specialist #HDC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities.
• Source and engage suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and talent networks.
• Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate suitability based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract quality talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports as required.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good administrative and coordination skills.
