We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in supporting business operations, strengthening employee engagement, and delivering strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support organizational goals and operational excellence.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations, resolving concerns, and providing practical HR solutions.
• Coach and support managers in HR policies, people management, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective HR initiatives.
• Contribute to manpower planning, organizational development, and strategic HR projects.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
