Job Description - Human Resource Business Partner HRBP Employee Relations #HDC - Part-Time

Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving HR initiatives that support business success? We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with leaders and employees, delivering strategic HR support across employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with site leadership to support business and organisational objectives through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programmes, ensuring consistent application and compliance across the organisation.

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, concerns, and workplace issues.

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and supervisors, offering coaching on HR policies, employee management, and best practices.

  • Support recruitment and workforce planning activities to meet current and future business needs.

  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by maintaining strong employee relations and engagement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR teams across the organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement and integrated HR solutions.

  • Contribute to strategic HR planning, resource planning, and the ongoing development of site HR strategies.

  • Maintain accurate employee relations records and prepare reports as required.

  • Undertake additional HR duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognised university.

  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employee relations, HR operations, or HR business partnering.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong team management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working office hours, 5 days a week.
