Human Resource Business Partner Strategic HR & Employee Relations #HDC - Part-Time

Are you a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and driving positive workplace initiatives? We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR partnership, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support operational and organisational goals.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and initiatives while ensuring consistent and fair application across the organisation.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people development.
• Build strong working relationships with employees and management to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations, resolving concerns, and maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Support recruitment activities to attract and onboard suitable talent.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and support the development of site HR strategies.
• Undertake additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
