Human Resource Business Partner Strategic HR Partner #HDC - Part-Time

Are you passionate about driving people strategies that make a real business impact? We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, foster a positive workplace culture, and support key HR initiatives that contribute to organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with organisational objectives.
• Implement and administer HR policies, programmes, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
• Build strong working relationships with managers and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR matters.
• Support recruitment initiatives to attract and retain quality talent.
• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication.
• Conduct investigations, address employee concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies.
• Coach and support managers in people management, policy interpretation, and employee development.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement and implement HR initiatives.
• Participate in workforce planning, organisational development, and strategic HR projects.
• Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Good leadership and people management capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
