Human Resource Business Partner

Are you passionate about partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies and create a positive workplace culture? We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to support business objectives by delivering strategic HR solutions and fostering strong employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR support aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement and administer HR policies, processes, and initiatives while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace policies, and HR best practices.
• Build and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and conducting investigations when required.
• Support recruitment initiatives and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.
• Deliver coaching and HR advisory services to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and people management practices.
• Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement effective people-focused solutions.
• Contribute to HR strategy, organizational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment practices.
• Participate in HR projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
