Human Resources Business Partner Strategic HR & Employee Relations #HDC - Part-Time

Are you passionate about building strong workplace partnerships and driving people-focused initiatives? We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR practices, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR support aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard suitable talent.
• Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting an engaging work environment.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employee matters, performance management, and people development.
• Conduct workplace investigations, manage employee feedback, and recommend appropriate solutions where required.
• Work closely with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement people strategies that enhance business performance.
• Contribute to workforce planning, HR initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Support other HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working office hours on a 5-day work week.
