*Immediate Hire!!* Brand Ambassador (East, Up To $2,800) - Part-Time

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand professionally, support dailyshowroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections.

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroomenvironment
• Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, andservice
• Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according tobrand standards
• Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positivecustomer experience
• Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leadsaccurately into the CRM system
• Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social mediaplatforms, and other promotional activities
• Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basicadministration, and cashiering where required
• Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items
• Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights withmanagement
• Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assignedto support business needs 

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facingenvironment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and familiarity with socialmedia platforms and content creation would be advantageous

Other Information

• Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 7.30pm
• Sat & Sun: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 1.00pm - 10pm (shift)
• 5 days work week - 2 days off on weekdays 
• Working Location: Tampines 
• 1 year contract with full benefits + 1 month completionbonus
