Internship - Human Resources - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations
• Support general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
