IT & Admin Executive (Automation Work) - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Handle Internship local and overseas enquiries from students, parents, and companies via email and phone
• Assist Internship Team in administration of the Internship procedures and of the Internship Portal
• Reporting of any bugs in Portal to system developer and team, ensuring the bugs are eventually resolved within expected timeframe, reporting to team of any bugs that are not resolved timely
• Monitor and track students’ statuses of various Pre-Internship requirements suchas preparation of CVs, completion of Workplace Safety and Health module, submission of required documents for overseas internship.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Microsoft365 apps, Power apps, Power BI, AI/Gen AI tools, Power Automate.
• IT savvy, willing to learn to use new systems
• Good working knowledge of using MS Office, eg understand how to do mail mergein Word, at least Intermediate level for Excel, using Excel functions to do data checking and reporting, such as vlookup, if-else, left, right, pivot.
• Have some experience of customer relationship management, able to communicate well

Working Hours: Office hours

Contract Period: 11 months

Salary: $2800- 3000/month
