Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform data entry and maintain organised records and documentation
• Provide general administrative support across departments
• Assist in HR and general affairs functions as required by the organisation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, HR administration, or general affairs
• Proficiency in Japanese and English languages for liaising with Japanese- and English-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks diligently
• Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time effectively
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
• Adaptable and flexible, with willingness to support a variety of administrative functions as required
