Junior Project Administrator - Part-Time

FP Global is seeking a Junior Projects Adminsitrator to join our growing team! This position in FP Global plays a crucial role in the business in support multiple business lines.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Manager in administrative filing.
• Support the Senior Manager with in sales support operations, including but not limited to:
• Identify quality leads by researching and identifying prospects, or potential customers of FP Global.
• Conduct thorough research on prospective companies and work with the Marketing team to create strategic communication plans.
• Book meetings and manage the Managing Director's calendar
• Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
• Well-versed in maintaining an accurate CRM together with the Senior Manager

Requisitions:

• Experience 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting, would be advantageous
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in for at least 2 years, would be advantageous
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Thorough knowledge of Bullhorn CRM software, would be advantageous
• Knowledge in Bullhorn Automation software, would be advantageous
• Excellent client servicing skills
