Job Description - L&D Executive - MNC #HMS - Part-Time

Kung Chong Road

8.30am to 5.30pm

L&D Executive (1 year contract)

Below $3500

No experience required as training will be provided

Below is the brief JD:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a liaison between employees and external training providers, vendors, and educational institutions.
Liaise with government institutes of learning such as ITE and Polytechnics on industry-wide learning initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, attendance, and certifications.
