Lease (Intern) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to tenants’ feedback and enquiries, assist tenants on matters relating to tenancy agreements and lease administration, and coordinate and schedule unit handovers and takeovers.
• Assist in monitoring tenants’ usage to ensure compliance with approved uses and lease conditions, support fit-out compliance checks and authority-related requirements, and conduct fit-out and reinstatement briefings for tenants and contractors.
• Review prevailing market rental rates and occupancy trends, and assist in formulating strategies for lease renewals and tenant retention.
• Support the lease negotiation and renewal process, including preparation of lease documentation and follow-up with tenants.
• Assist in performing basic credit analysis on prospective customers, and monitor tenants’ payment performance and credit control matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties or assignments that may be assigned by the team manager

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Real Estate / Business Administration / Marketing or its similar equivalence
• Preferably some basic knowledge in the industrial property segment
• Able to take direction and multitask
• Preferably Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)
• Pleasant and cheerful personality with good verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and able to work under pressure
• A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work in a team
