Legal Secretary [Govt] - Part-Time

• Location: One North
• Work Timing: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: $2,700 - $3700 per month
• Duration: 3 months (Subject to extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal secretarial and administrative support to the Legal team.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and departmental activities.
• Prepare, compile, and maintain regular legal reports.
• Draft basic letters, correspondence, and documents for review and signature.
• Assist in preparing presentations and other supporting materials.
• Manage the filing, archiving, and retrieval of legal documents and records.
• Maintain and update document databases and filing systems.
• Support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the Legal department.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a Diploma in any field
• At least 2 - 5 years of experience in providing secretarial services
• Prior experience in providing legal secretariat services would be an advantage
