• Cover blocks properly (no dumping, no shortcuts)
• Report completed blocks daily

• Reliable and able to commit long-term
• Physically fit for walking and carrying flyers
• Able to work independently
• Punctual and responsible
• Optional: own a kickscooter or bicycle
