We are an established maid agency providing domestic helpers from Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, and India. We are looking for a motivated EMPLOYMENT AGENT to join our team.

• We are looking for a responsible and organised Employment Agency Assistant to provide backend administrative support to our Employment Agents.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Employment Agents with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare and process documents accurately using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Update and maintain records in the agency system.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Monitor task progress and follow internal procedures.
• Support the team with backend operations as instructed.
• Work independently while following the Employment Agent's instructions and company SOPs.
• Requirements:
• Experience in an employment agency or administrative role is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Important Note:
  This is a backend support role. The role is to support Employment Agents by handling administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
• Working Details:
  📍 Location: Katong Shopping Centre / Bukit timah shopping centre
  🗓️ Working Days: 5 /6 days per week
