Job Description

• O-Levels (minimum), Executive Assistant training is an advantage
• 10+ years in a fast-paced executive or chief-of-staff support role
• Proactive gatekeeper and problem-solver
• High EQ with strong judgment, discretion, and adaptability
• Thrives under pressure, calm in chaos
• Excellent communicator with savvy instincts
• Experience with event coordination
• International travel
• Calendar optimization
• Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Work, PowerPoint, Excel)
