Manager (Operations Development And Analytics) (ECD) (Temp, 1 Year Contract) - Part-Time

What the role is

ECD is part of SSG’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG) which contributes to pan-organisationalefforts of building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-systemthrough effective grant management, Skills Development Levy collection, andenforcement against external fraud and abuse.

Throughmonitoring, intelligence and investigation efforts, ECD drives SSG’senforcement actions against errant entities and individuals to prevent abuse orcontraventions of SSG funding, the Private Education Act, SkillsFutureSingapore Agency Act, the Skills Development Levy Act and the respectiveregulations under SSG’s purview.

What you will beworking on

Reporting to the team lead, thesuccessful candidate will be part of the team working on keyprojects related to the management of SSG’s enforcement and complianceframeworks. Your key responsibilities include: 

Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare relevant data and information for analysis and interfacing with relevant systems;
• Assist with the coordination with internal and external stakeholders for information or data related to SSG’s enforcement and compliance frameworks, where required;
• Provide support in formulation and/or updating of enforcement related SOPs; and
•  Other administrative duties (e.g. ensure the proper filing and storing of records andinformation in accordance with applicable guidelines)

What we are looking for

• Manager: Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience handling administrative work.
• Proficient with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data preparation.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
