Marketing Admin (6-12 Months) #TNJHT - Part-Time

“We are hiring Marketing Admins to be outsourced to our clients”.

Responsibilities

• Support updates to Employee Portal content, including reviewing content mix and formats to improve engagement
• Assist with simple engagement activities and content updates using digital engagement tools
• Support the preparation of communication materials and engagement collaterals
• Assist in planning and coordinating mid- to large-scale staff events
• Help consolidate employee event data and feedback throughout the year for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Background or training in Human Resources, Communications, or related fields
• Some experience in internal communications/intranet, employee engagement.
• Comfortable working with data (e.g. Excel) and summarising insights

Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with the OD team
