Marketing & Programme Coordinator (Part-Time, 1 Year Contract)

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. You will be assisting the HR department on program & events support, content design & creation, maintaining systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended support for program management activities and deliverables
• Support execution of events including logistics coordination, venue setup, and on-site assistance
• Assist with event materials preparation and post-event wrap-up
• Create visual and written content based on approved direction
• Design presentation decks, marketing collaterals, and communication materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all content outputs
• Redesign, refresh, and maintain the portal to ensure content, structure, and user experience remain current and effective
• Maintain and update tracking systems and databases
• Execute routine reporting tasks and data entry
• Generate standard reports and dashboards as required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or coordination roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with SharePoint or web content management systems (CMS)
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and information architecture is a plus
• Ability to manage and organize digital content for easy navigation and accessibility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Flexible availability to support events when required
