Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Promote and present healthcare and pharmaceutical products through consultative sales approaches.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and communicate key product information effectively to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and support sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, customer updates, and territory performance analyses.
• Participate in product training, industry workshops, and professional development programmes to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of sales initiatives.
• Support additional sales and business development activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for relationship building.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• A positive attitude with strong resilience and a willingness to learn.
• Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales will be advantageous.
