Looking to join an international banking environment? We're hiring an Office & Facilities Executive to support the daily operations of a reputable European commercial bank in Singapore.

📍 Location: Bugis MRT
💰 Salary: $3,500 - $4,500/month (commensurate with experience)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Office-Based
📅 Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (No guaranteed extension)
📌 Occasional weekend support: Minimum 8 days annually

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Singapore office by overseeing:

✅ Office facilities, maintenance & workplace operations
✅ Vendor sourcing, procurement & contract administration
✅ Accounts Payable processing, expense claims & petty cash
✅ Reception & front-of-house operations
✅ Office security, access cards & CCTV administration
✅ Office supplies, stationery & inventory management
✅ Travel coordination & administrative support for management
✅ Meeting room management & workplace logistics
✅ Records management, archiving & confidential document destruction
✅ Audit, compliance & facilities governance support
✅ Office renovation, restacking & workplace improvement projects
✅ Training & supervision of pantry staff
