Office & Studio Assistant - Part-Time

About the Role

BoomX Commerce is an e-commerce company based in Singapore, specialising in social commerce across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. We are looking for a part-time Office & Studio Assistant (half-day, Monday to Friday) to maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked office environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our livestream studios.

This role includes cleaning office spaces and studio facilities, replenishing supplies, and resetting studio sets after productions. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Working Arrangement

• Part-time, half-day shifts (approximately 4 hours per day), Monday to Friday
• Shift timing to be discussed — morning or afternoon slots available

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the office, livestream studios, pantry, and toilets to a high standard
• Ensure common areas are clean, tidy, and presentable
• Replenish office supplies, including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry items
• Monitor stock levels and inform the team when supplies need to be reordered
• Reset studio sets, furniture, and props after productions based on provided layouts
• Assist with basic office upkeep and support the team with general operational tasks when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in office, commercial, or facilities cleaning is preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Physically able to carry out cleaning duties and move light furniture or equipment when resetting studio sets
• Organised and able to keep track of supplies and inventory
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an office, studio, or commercial environment
• Basic inventory or stock management experience
• Comfortable following setup instructions for studio spaces
