Ogistics Admin - Entry Level (Up To $2700 Bonuses, Tampines, 6 Mth) - Part-Time

Job Details:

• Duration: 6 months contract (can renew/convert)
• Salary: Up to $2,900 Basic + Fixed $130 Allowance (Food/Transport) + AWS + VB
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm (until Oct 2026), after Oct 2026 will be 4 days work, 3 days off (8am to 8pm)

Job Scope:

• Coordinate import & export shipments with forwarders & vendors
• Prepare shipping documents – invoices, delivery orders, Certificate of Origin
• Handle permit checking & ensure compliance with Singapore Customs
• Liaise with forwarders on import/direct shipment arrangements
• Maintain accurate records for audits & reporting
• Update stakeholders on any shipment issues (delays, cargo damage, etc.)

Requirements:

• Some experience in logistics / shipping / import & export preferred but entry level candidates welcome too
• Familiar with import/export processes & logistics operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
