Operation Executive (Novena - 5 Day) - Part-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

Full Time: 1 year contract

Responsibilities

· Preparation of loan letters of offer;

· Processing of loan documents;

· Creation of loans in the system;

· Maintain the filing of documents and data housekeeping;

· Submit reports to ESG; and

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

· 1-3 years of work experience in Operations or similar role

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
