Position: Operations Assistant

Contract: 6 Months

Location: Paya Lebar

Salary: Up to $2600

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory checks for bus shelters.
• Perform site inspections for bus shelters to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Input data accurately into bus shelter records.
• Provide operational assistance to the team as required.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for projects.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-minded.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
