What you will do:

• Monitor CCTV and escalate safety concerns
• Run data checks and identify operational gaps
• Support programme facilitation and attendance tracking
• Shadow and engage residents during daily routines
• Escort residents for community activities

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Experience in an institutional, residential, or care setting is an advantage
• Comfortable with direct interaction with residents in a structured home environment
• Good observation skills and able to stay alert during monitoring duties
