Operations Support Officer

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

·      Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and classrooms

·      Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying andarranging of furniture and equipment

·      Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials

·      Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications and experience:

-       Completed primary school education

-       2 years experience in logistics-related work & cleaning duties

-       Prior working experience in MOE institutions (schools)

Salary- S$ 2,100 –2,300/mth

Working Location: 21 Yishun Avenue 11, Singapore 768857

Contract Period: From 15 Sep 2026 to 14 Sep 2027.

Work Timings:

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (alternating on weekly basis):

·      Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

·      Fridays:6:30am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

·      Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

AND

·      Mondays to Thursdays: 9:45am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

·      Fridays:10:15am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
