Operations Support Officer (Logistics & Cleanliness) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Services

The candidate will provide vital operational and logistical support to meet the school's needs. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Cleanliness Maintenance: Maintain the general cleanliness of school equipment and classrooms.

• Logistical Support: Provide general logistical setup for school events and activities, including the manual lifting, carrying, and arranging of furniture and equipment.

• Office Equipment Operations: Safely operate and maintain basic office equipment and school materials.

• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Execute any other operational or logistical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements (Preferred Qualifications & Experience)

• Education: Completed primary school education.

• Experience: * At least 2 years of experience in logistics-related work and cleaning duties.

  • Prior working experience in MOE institutions or schools is highly preferred.

• Competencies: Reliable, physically fit (capable of handling furniture arrangements), and a proactive team player.
