Operations/Admin Assistant - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling procurement activities which include purchase requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders
• Assist in planning shipments, liaise and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Assist to monitor and record on import/export activities
• Assist to prepare, submit and file relevant administration documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide administrative duties to the Operations Team
• Provide office administrative support such as office maintenance, replenish pantry inventory etc

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N'Level
• Minimum 2 years' working experience
• Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
• Independent and able to organise work efficiently
• Willing to learn and a positive working attitude
• Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
• School Leavers with no experience are welcomed to apply
